Box Lacrosse

Box Lacrosse is one of the fastest and most exciting versions of the sport, and it is one of the best ways for players to elevate their game. Played in a smaller, enclosed space, box forces quick decisions, sharp ball movement, and nonstop involvement. Players get more touches, more reps, and more chances to develop.

The indoor environment helps players become stronger with their stick skills, improve their footwork, handle pressure in tight spaces, and build elite field awareness. The fast, physical style builds confidence, creativity, and toughness, and every skill learned in box transfers directly to the field game.

Our training focuses on high-tempo drills, small-area battles, pick play, scoring in traffic, and the defensive techniques unique to box lacrosse. Whether your son is brand new to box or already experienced, these sessions will push him and help take his game to another level.
